Sagepoint provides features for displaying ads in any of the following: - On the Sponsor Sign-up Page - On Your/Other Websites - On other Sagepoint Event, Schedule & Group Pages - In E-mail footers - On Printable Flyers
On the Sponsored Event Page Sponsor information will automatically display on the right of the Sponsored Event View on Sagepoint. This includes the rotating TopSpot Widget, a text link(Ad Link) to the full-page sponsor info, and the vertical "Logo Widget" banner.
On Your/Other Websites To display the full-page Spirit Ad banner or one of the other banners (TopSpot/Slider, Ad Link, and/or Logos) on your websites: 1. Click on your Event to "View" it. 2. In the "Organizer Tools" section, click on "Ad Code" 3. The pop-up will display code for each banner. Cut and paste the corresponding html code to your website.
On Other Sagepoint Pages To display sponsor info on other Sagepoint pages, there are two options: Option 1: Paste the "Ad Code" 1. Click on your Event to "View" it. 2. In the "Organizer Tool" Section, click on "Ad Code" 3. Copy the "Fundraiser Code" at the top of the pop-up into the "Fundraiser Code" box when creating or editing a Sagepoint event, schedule or group.
Option 2: Custom

"View" it. 2. In the Organizer Tool" section,
click on "Event Link" 3. Create a "Custom"
event link. For instance www.sagepoint.com/SpiritAdCoopExample 4.
Enter the custom portion in the Fundraiser code field,
i.e.
Option 2 is generally the easier method for social advertising, i.e. giving the fundraiser code to friends and family to help promote your business on their Sagepoint pages.
In e-mail footers
When defining the benefits for your sponsorship levels, just check the "E-mail" checkbox for the levels where you want to include sponsor names/logos in the footer of event e-mails. Based on the settings, sponsors will be displayed in the footer of emails sent from Sagepoint for events, schedules, and groups that are sponsored or include a Fundraiser Code.
On Printable Flyers There are two print options for recognizing sponsors on flyers. Option 1 This option shows the "business card" view of all the sponsors information. 1. Click on your Event to "View" it. 2. In the right column, click on "See all Sponsors and Special Offers" 3. This will display the online card page. Towards the upper right click on "Printable Ads".
Option 2 This option includes Sponsors logos/text business name with the printable view of your Event notifications, sign-ups sheets, etc. 1. Click on your Event to "View" it. 2. Towards the upper right click on "Printable View". 3. Check the checkbox or "Sponsors" a the top of the page. If you're using the printable view to help publicize an event, it is recommended that you sign-up a majority of sponsors in advance, so their names/logos can be included in the event publicity flyers.

"Logo Banner" Shown below, the "Logo"
Banner is a vertical column of logos and business names
with active URL links that can be added to websites and
Sagepoint pages. If your sponsor provides a business URL,
clicking the logo takes visitors to the sponsor's
website.
